Requirements
- Have 3+ years of hands-on product management experience in a core PM role.
- Have experience building relevant fintech products, such as trading platforms, B2C fintech apps, or wealth management products.
- Have prior experience in the fintech industry, especially trading, wealth tech, or compliance.
- Demonstrate strong product thinking and the ability to break down problems and drive clarity.
- Understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrate stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Be able to align cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive decisions.
- Demonstrate resilience, focus, and performance under pressure, particularly with tight timelines.
- Familiarity with Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) regulations is a plus.
- Understanding user-centered product design in trading or wealth management is a plus.
- Experience in agile teams, fast-paced environments, or startups is a plus.
- An engineering or technical background is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Define, own, and execute the product roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
- Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and market research to identify pain points, validate ideas, and uncover opportunities.
- Lead product development across Gold Trading, IPO Subscription, Copy Trading, and upcoming initiatives.
- Build and enhance stock-trading capabilities, including Market Depth, DRIP, Order Types, and Price Alerts.
- Maintain trading products to meet exchange rules, regulatory updates, and compliance standards.
- Manage platform functionality, including premium subscriptions, partner integrations, AML/compliance features, and operational tools.
- Write PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to support product delivery.
- Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and impact.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support throughout the product lifecycle.
