Requirements
- Have built a project tracker from scratch, templated a process, or standardized a workflow that others adopted.
- Be able to hold marketing managers and clients accountable for timelines and deliverables without owning the strategic or client-facing relationship.
- Make status, risks, and ownership visible to others.
- Use judgment to decide when to escalate a risk and when to resolve it independently.
- Be motivated to take ownership beyond calendar coordination and build lasting processes.
Responsibilities
- Set up and own a project tracking system for top accounts.
- Report account status and keep timelines, deliverables, and owners visible.
- Build and roll out a standardized project plan template for new accounts.
- Improve delivery performance by reducing missed deadlines and late deliverables.
- Establish a capacity-planning process to show the team's workload.
- Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.
- Take on a portion of account work independently.
