Requirements
- Have hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, Rakuten, or similar tools.
- Understand end-to-end affiliate program operations, including partner recruitment, links, commissions, and payouts.
- Be comfortable using Shopify for orders, discount codes, tracking, and reporting.
- Be able to track performance and manage multiple partners accurately.
- Have strong written communication skills for clear, friendly, and professional partner messages.
- Be organized and able to maintain records and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- Creator or influencer partnership experience is a nice-to-have.
- Exposure to direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brands is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Research, onboard, and support affiliate partners and creators.
- Serve as the main contact for affiliate communications and support.
- Maintain an organized affiliate database with performance notes and contact details.
- Ensure affiliates have accurate links, discount codes, and brand guidelines.
- Manage affiliate links, tracking, and discount codes in Shopify and affiliate platforms.
- Monitor affiliate compliance with brand standards and promotional guidelines.
- Coordinate product samples and troubleshoot basic link, tracking, or commission issues.
- Track affiliate performance, conversions, and revenue contribution; prepare weekly or monthly reports.
- Identify top-performing and underperforming partners and recommend opportunities for improvement or scale.
- Share brand assets and campaign information, support promotions, and organize affiliate-generated content.
