Requirements
- Have 7+ years of product management experience in consumer fintech, crypto, digital banking, brokerage, payments, savings, investment, or closely related consumer financial products.
- Bring hands-on experience building, launching, or optimizing consumer products for European markets.
- Understand European retail customer behaviors, payment behaviors, investment habits, and market differences.
- Understand factors influencing adoption, conversion, repeat usage, retention, or assets under management.
- Have a strong understanding of consumer product design, growth, experimentation, lifecycle engagement, and data-informed product development.
- Be able to translate complex financial or technical concepts into simple customer journeys.
- Have working knowledge of retail crypto and digital banking concepts, including fiat on/off-ramps, spot trading, custody, wallets, transfers, pricing, and spreads.
- Be able to work independently as a senior individual contributor and drive delivery across multiple functions.
- Demonstrate product judgment, structured thinking, analytical ability, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Be fluent in English and comfortable collaborating remotely across European time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own the optimization and evolution of simple trading products across key European markets.
- Adapt product journeys to local payment methods, customer behaviors, investment habits, market practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Simplify crypto and financial concepts across order entry, pricing, portfolio visibility, transaction history, and asset discovery.
- Ensure consistent web and mobile experiences while accounting for differences between European markets.
- Own the local product funnel from onboarding and funding through activation, repeat purchase, retention, and reactivation.
- Develop engagement and investment features such as recurring purchases, auto-invest, savings plans, price alerts, and asset collections.
- Partner with growth and marketing teams on market-specific acquisition, activation, engagement, and lifecycle initiatives.
- Use customer feedback, funnel analysis, experimentation, competitive research, and market data to guide priorities.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, data, compliance, operations, marketing, and local market teams to deliver product improvements.
