Job Details

Have 4+ years of recruiting experience.
Have experience screening senior-level candidates in the US, Canada, Europe, or Australia.
Have strong spoken English and be effective on the phone.
Build trust with senior candidates quickly.
Use sound judgment to distinguish substantive answers from polished answers and explain fit decisions.
Be detail-oriented and organized, with complete and accurate call notes.
Take ownership and act on feedback quickly.
Be coachable and willing to learn new systems.
Be reliably available during US hours, including early mornings and/or nights in the candidate's time zone.

Run 10 to 15 minute introductory screening calls with senior US-based candidates.
Build rapport quickly so candidates feel understood and engaged.
Cover key topics using screening scripts while keeping conversations natural.
Use the evaluation guide to assess whether candidates fit the role or another role at the company.
Log accurate findings in the company's system.
Manage call schedules, no-shows, and follow-ups independently.
Spot and flag recurring candidate questions or roles that are not landing.
