Requirements
- Have 6–12 months of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a finance-related role with hands-on data work; internships count.
- Use SQL confidently, including joins, window functions, CTEs, aggregations, and data quality checks.
- Have experience with at least one BI tool; Tableau and Metabase are used by the team.
- Have good Excel skills, including lookup and array functions, pivot tables, and charts.
- Understand business metrics such as GMV, ARPU, margin, conversion, and revenue.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Be able to work in the GMT+3 time zone.
- Python for data analysis, including pandas, numpy, plotly, seaborn, or matplotlib, is a plus.
- An interest in finance, such as P&L, cost structure, and unit economics, or a related degree, is a plus.
- Hands-on use of AI tools, such as agents, to speed up work, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Support the finance department with ad hoc data requests.
- Pull and prepare data using SQL.
- Maintain and improve existing reporting and reconciliation scripts.
- Check data quality and explain what the numbers show.
- Research unit economics and plan-vs-actual.
- Build dashboards and data marts.
- Work with stakeholders from finance, commercial, marketing, and product teams.
