Requirements
- Have at least 7 years of experience in user analytics and digital products.
- Have experience setting priorities and ensuring the quality of analyses.
- Have led analytical projects, coordinating experiments, reporting, and strategically important initiatives.
- Know statistical and analytical methods, including cohort analysis, segmentation, causal inference, hypothesis testing, and estimating the impact of changes on business results.
- Work confidently with SQL and Python.
- Use BI tools such as Looker or Power BI.
- Interpret analytical results and turn them into concrete business recommendations.
- Have experience building scalable KPI reports and monitoring metrics such as retention, DAU/MAU, ARPU, conversion funnels, churn, and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee experimentation processes focused on analytics quality and effectiveness.
- Define KPIs, growth metrics, and methods for assessing the impact of changes using statistical analysis, cohort segmentation, and user-level analysis.
- Build and develop scalable, consistent reporting to support daily product decisions and long-term growth initiatives.
- Set analysis priorities, define scope, and clarify expected contributions to strategic goals.
- Analyze experiment results to identify growth mechanisms and estimate the actual impact of changes using statistical tools.
- Lead or support in-depth analyses of long-term effects, relationships, and risks using advanced statistical and analytical methods.
