Requirements
- Have 4–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar.
- Bring strong requirements-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Have experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Have strong hands-on SQL skills.
- Have experience with data validation, data quality, and reconciliation.
- Bring practical Power BI experience with dashboards, reports, data models, KPIs, and visualisations.
- Have experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Have strong Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Be able to work independently and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate migration requirements, scope, dependencies, and JIRA tickets.
- Analyse and validate migration data.
- Identify data quality issues and support reconciliation activities.
- Gather and document business, reporting, and KPI requirements.
- Build Power BI dashboards covering migration progress, data quality, reconciliation, and operational KPIs.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with business, IT, data, migration, and reporting stakeholders.
