Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of specialised HR experience.
- Bring strong hands-on experience with UK and Ireland TUPE regulations.
- Have deep expertise in UK and Ireland labour laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Have experience leading end-to-end business transfers and employee consultations.
- Have experience managing complex employee relations.
- Demonstrate communication, negotiation, consultation, and problem-solving skills.
- Be tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, and Tableau.
- Be familiar with collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack.
- EOR industry knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end TUPE processes across the UK and Ireland as the primary HR subject matter expert for business transfers.
- Coordinate employee consultation processes and representative elections, and ensure statutory consultation timelines are met.
- Oversee the collation, audit, and exchange of employment data; note measures and identify contractual risks and legacy benefit implications.
- Manage transfer-related cases, harmonisation queries, potential redundancy procedures, meetings, and legally sound documentation.
- Build and manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, pension administrators, and employment legal advisors.
- Advise clients on benefits, terms and conditions protections, compliance, and post-transfer integration.
- Review measures statements and contract variations, and advise on restrictive covenants and risk mitigation.
- Guide post-transfer alignment and performance management, and ensure salary and benefit changes comply with legal protections.
- Drive automation and AI adoption for TUPE diligence, documentation, and client-facing HR processes.
- Support broader HR operations, employee lifecycle administration, and EMEA HR initiatives.
