Requirements
- Hold an independent Pennsylvania license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD/PhD.
- Have at least 1 year of experience working with children and adolescent patients.
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
- Use evidence-based assessment and therapeutic practices with children, adolescents, young adults, and families.
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide psychotherapy across developmental stages and neurodiverse populations.
- Be comfortable using Google Suite, electronic medical record systems, and virtual platforms.
- Be willing to reschedule patients when needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead individual telehealth intake sessions for youth ages 2–26 using developmentally tailored, evidence-based assessment practices.
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress.
- Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families and educate them about available therapeutic approaches.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans that connect each patient with an appropriate treatment approach.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with clinicians, medical providers, and families to create coordinated treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough intake and ongoing documentation and patient records.
- Involve and advise family members and outside specialists when appropriate.
