Requirements
- Independently licensed as an LCPC, LCMFT, LCSW-C, or PsyD/PhD in Maryland.
- One year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients.
- One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
- Strong technical proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
- Ability to work during core after-school hours, specifically after 4pm ET weekdays and/or weekends.
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Dedication to high-touch, comprehensive family-partnered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26).
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and rapport with patients and their families.
- Participate in clinical consultation to enhance skills and receive support.
- Collaborate with specialty providers to deliver integrated care.
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
