Requirements
- Independently licensed as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, or Maryland.
- One (1) year of experience providing individual, direct care therapy to children and adolescent patients.
- One (1) year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting.
- Strong technical proficiency in Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms.
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work during core after-school hours: after 3pm ET during the week and/or weekends.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Dedication to high-touch, comprehensive care and family partnership.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26) to build strong therapeutic relationships.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of patient progress.
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients and families.
- Participate in clinical consultation to enhance skills and receive feedback.
- Collaborate with other specialty providers within the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records.
- Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate.
