Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent work experience.
- Have 5-8+ years of product management experience.
- Bring product management experience preferably in claims management, healthcare, or workflow-intensive B2B software.
- Have a strong understanding of practice management and claims or payer workflows, including scheduling, authorizations, billing, and reporting.
- Have experience supporting or designing for healthcare and billing professionals.
- Have experience leveraging AI tools in product management and developing AI-based product capabilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Use strong product judgment and execution to influence outcomes.
- Direct experience in the RCM or claims management domain is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Leadership to define and evolve CR Essentials product strategy, particularly around revenue cycle management and practice management.
- Own execution for key areas of the CR Essentials roadmap, from discovery through delivery.
- Balance care practices’ complex needs with a lightweight, user-friendly experience.
- Translate clinical, operational, and billing workflows into clear, scalable product solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
- Define and track success metrics focused on operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact.
- Use AI tools in product work and partner with internal AI experts to evolve AI-based product capabilities.
