Requirements
- Hold an active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LMHC) license; an Arkansas license is required.
- Have 3+ years of clinical experience; community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings are preferred.
- Be comfortable providing therapy independently within a supported care model.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Be comfortable using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools.
- Commit to full-time work and continuity of care.
- Collaborate and communicate professionally with care teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and risk factors.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clients and care team members.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as clinically indicated.
- Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and stabilization services as needed.
- Coordinate with care teams and connect clients with community resources and specialty services.
- Complete clinical documentation in the electronic health record in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case reviews, and outcome measurement efforts.
