Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in California.
- Bilingual language proficiency.
- Comfort working in a remote, telemedicine environment.
- Trained or certified in evidence-based trauma modalities such as TF-CBT, EMDR, Brain Spotting, or Somatic-Based Approaches.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Demonstrated competency in clinical best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma Therapy in individual and group settings.
- Review and sign patient clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents.
- Maintain clinical records and document services in compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in regular case planning with the multidisciplinary team.
- Engage in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional education.
- Provide case management services to promote patient recovery and community reintegration.
