Requirements

  • Be bilingual in French and English.
  • Be registered in good standing with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
  • Be eligible for licensure in additional Canadian provinces.
  • Have experience with or comfort using digital care platforms.
  • Be able to respond to patient needs in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Communicate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in men’s health is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Review patient-submitted medical histories through the online platform and determine candidacy for treatment.
  • Issue prescriptions when appropriate.
  • Communicate directly with patients through the secure messaging platform when more information is needed.
  • Help refine clinical workflows to support high-quality care.
  • Work with Customer Experience, Product, and Engineering teams to identify friction points and co-design solutions.
  • Contribute clinical expertise to new product launches and protocols.
