Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, proposal support, or a related function.
- Working understanding of federal government, foundation, NGO, or other funder RFP/procurement processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
- Ability to collaborate in a virtual environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize objectives, and meet timelines.
- Detail-oriented problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to present information clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Review daily saved or automated searches across federal and State, Local, and Education procurement sources to assess opportunities against organizational capabilities and priorities.
- Distribute identified opportunities to client services and leadership teams, flagging priority or time-sensitive procurements.
- Research and evaluate data on government procurement sites, including Sam.gov, Grants.gov, GSA, eBuy, and GovWin.
- Track and monitor procurement updates and changes.
- Accurately capture and update opportunities, bids, and data in tracking databases.
- Manage and update opportunity search parameters with client services personnel.
- Support development and maintenance of an organization-wide opportunity pipeline, keeping it current and accessible to relevant teams.
