Requirements
- Have at least 2 years of success in sales, account management, client service, staffing, or a metrics-driven role.
- A college degree in business, sales, communication, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
- Be self-motivated and business-minded, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments.
- Present job opportunities, including hospital assignment details, location, compensation, and benefits, to prospective and existing clients.
- Educate prospective candidates about the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career.
- Maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and provide customer service before, during, and after each assignment.
- Grow the number of healthcare professionals on assignment and under management.
- Meet and exceed monthly recruitment goals.
