Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Have approximately 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of SQL and experience querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
  • Be proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets for analysis, quality assurance, and data validation.
  • Have experience with data and system integrations and understand how data moves between systems.
  • Have experience creating dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau.
  • Be familiar with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, or demonstrate willingness and ability to learn them.
  • Have practical experience using AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude in day-to-day work.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bring analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to data quality and detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Network Infrastructure and Colocation teams to understand business needs, requirements, metrics, and analytical priorities.
  • Build, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, data models, and supporting data processes.
  • Automate recurring reporting and develop self-service capabilities for key performance metrics.
  • Write SQL queries and combine information from multiple data sources to support analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining data pipelines and models for analytics use cases.
  • Create visualizations and reports that communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support data quality, integration, and reporting processes across Regional Planning, Global Capacity Planning, Colocation, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data governance, standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Apply AI-enabled developer tools where appropriate to improve analytical and operational workflows.
