Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a relevant field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in proposal writing, copywriting, creative writing, content marketing, business development, presentations, or client services.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Experience working with diverse teams and communicating with executive leaders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- PowerPoint design proficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Healthcare marketing and/or agency experience preferred.
- Microsoft SharePoint experience preferred.
- AI content generation experience preferred.
- Management skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Curate information about Precision teams and offerings to communicate capabilities and value to prospective clients.
- Review RFIs and RFPs and apply information relevant to each new business opportunity.
- Draft narrative and summary content in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and seek feedback.
- Develop and refine executive summaries, slide titles, case studies, and other presentation components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leaders to create cohesive stories using templated and new content.
- Apply organizational brand guidelines to deliverables and provide copy feedback and storytelling recommendations.
- Train colleagues on effective storytelling and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to incorporate updated messaging.
- Create, organize, and distribute off-the-shelf resources for Sales and other teams.
- Maintain slide libraries and content repositories, and provide input on AI process evolution and internal process improvements.
