Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in a user acceptance or functional testing role at a bank or fintech.
- Have experience supporting B2B SaaS products and/or working with banking infrastructure.
- Have a strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Be proficient with SQL, including joins and queries across multiple tables.
- Understand REST APIs and use tools such as Postman.
- Be able to write Eval for AI products.
- Be able to write structured test plans and step-by-step manual test scripts.
- Have knowledge of functional, performance, automation, API, and user acceptance testing methodologies.
- Be able to work independently and communicate clearly in high-pressure situations.
- Be able to document findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Have prior testing experience with systems used by banks or governments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and product owners to understand user requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for the dashboard, APIs, and mobile SDKs.
- Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with developers to resolve them before release.
- Perform regression testing to check that changes do not negatively affect existing functionality.
- Maintain product knowledge to predict, test, and prevent product issues.
- Stay updated on product enhancements, new features, and industry best practices.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects or system failures affecting application performance or stability.
- Maintain test cases, test scripts, test results, and QA reports.
- Provide technical support during release management cycles and troubleshoot deployment issues in cloud environments such as GCP or AWS.
