- Conduct requirements and process analysis, including process mapping and stakeholder analysis.
- Gather and document specifications for complex projects.
- Provide guidance on quality assurance and testing initiatives.
- Lead complex integrated testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather and clarify business requirements, data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements for data intelligence projects.
- Create specifications for reports and analyses based on business and clinical needs and available data elements.
- Produce data sets, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
- Write SQL code and queries, and analyze complex problems using internal and external data.
- Interpret healthcare-related requests and recommend solutions to address business challenges.
- Report quantitative and qualitative patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers.
- Support workflow re-engineering with end users and business owners.
- Lead requirements and process analysis, including process mapping, stakeholder analysis, and specification gathering.
- Serve as a primary vendor contact for complex projects and issues.
- Guide quality assurance and testing initiatives and manage testing projects as needed.
