Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in clinical project management or clinical operations roles.
- Bring familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements.
- Have knowledge of decentralized data collection, compliance, and oversight.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Be able to identify priorities and anticipate challenges.
- Bring meticulous attention to detail in data collection and reporting.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Be willing to travel up to 10%.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate study startup activities, including communication planning, logistics, study documentation, and data configuration.
- Support study operations through startup, maintenance, and close-out.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical sites.
- Train research sites to use Beacon devices and study protocols for proper device use and data collection.
- Monitor study progress against timelines, protocols, and quality standards.
- Maintain compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards.
- Coach peers on GCP requirements, documentation discipline, versioning, and complaint management.
- Address operational issues and escalate them through tools such as Zendesk and Asana.
- Share actionable feedback from research sites to inform device and workflow improvements.
