Requirements
- Communicate clearly and empathetically.
- Listen actively and help people feel at ease during difficult or emotional conversations.
- Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Manage multiple patients at different stages of the process.
- Be comfortable learning tools such as Google Workspace, EHR platforms such as Healthie, or CRMs such as HubSpot.
- Show interest in mental health and healthcare access.
- Healthcare, customer service, or administrative support experience is welcome but not required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients and their families reaching out to Sailor Health.
- Guide older adults and caregivers through the intake process.
- Help patients match with the right therapist.
- Coordinate support for patients as they navigate the journey into care.
- Provide clear, kind support during difficult or emotional conversations.
- Manage multiple patients at different stages of the intake process.
