Experience: 5+ years of full-cycle software development lifecycle experience.

Have 5+ years of full-cycle software development lifecycle experience.
Have post-secondary education in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
Have hands-on experience with Java and the Spring framework.
Have experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Have experience using SQL with relational databases and Git for collaborative version control.
Understand the full software development lifecycle, including continuous integration pipelines for build automation.
Have experience with Docker containerization and deployment and related DevOps practices.
Have experience developing middleware products, unit testing practices (TDD), and transaction processing.
Be able to create and maintain clear technical documentation and repositories focused on code health and quality.
Have experience with end-to-end feature development.
Healthcare or technology industry experience is preferred; knowledge or experience in healthcare, HL7, or FHIR is an asset.
Full-stack experience with Angular, JavaScript, Node.js, npm, HTTP protocols, and browser-based development is a nice to have.

Support the design, development, and implementation of applications using web technologies.
Create and maintain technical product and end-user support documentation.
Evaluate requirements and propose high-level designs and technical solutions throughout development.
Analyze solutions and applications for interoperability, performance, and maintainability.
Write high-quality, documented code that adheres to team and department coding standards.
Estimate timelines for development requirements.
Participate in and perform code reviews to identify defects and recommend improvements.
Investigate and resolve complex technical challenges for assigned projects.
Support colleagues on complex projects by advising on workflows and escalated challenges.
Help establish and maintain software development best practices.
