Requirements

- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Be comfortable using Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Show a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Communicate findings clearly and persuasively to influence decisions at the leadership level.
- Use SQL (Clickhouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, or GitHub; these are listed as the team's tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for an assigned business unit across growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Clarify the business question an analysis should answer and the decision it should inform.
- Define metrics, build reports, run analyses, and design experiments.
- Surface data insights that move the business unit's key metrics.
- Present recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.
- Explain what is happening and why, and recommend next steps.
