Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Bring strong analytical skills and the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Have a track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively, with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.
- Be comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Python.
- Use first-principles thinking to break ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses.
- Be able to explain complex findings to skeptical stakeholders and gain buy-in.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for an embedded business unit in growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.
- Clarify the business question an analysis should answer and the decision it should inform.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses.
- Design experiments and surface insights that move the team's key metrics.
- Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts.
- Explain what is happening and why, and recommend next steps.
