Languages: Native or near-native proficiency in French with excellent command of English
Experience: 2+ years of professional translation experience with a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field or 5+ years of professional translation experience without a formal translation degree

Have native or near-native proficiency in French.
Have an excellent command of English.
Have at least 2 years of professional translation experience and a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or at least 5 years of professional translation experience without a formal translation degree.
Demonstrate English-to-French translation experience across informational, marketing, UI, product, and support content.
Have experience using CAT tools.
Show excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality translations while meeting deadlines.
Be responsive and reliable, and be open to feedback and revisions.

Translate English content into French across informational, marketing, UI, product, and support content types.
Copy-edit translated content.
Perform machine-translation post-editing (MTPE).
Work on content that may include legal materials.
Handle an expected volume of 5,000+ words per week.
Use the client-specific CAT tool; training is provided during onboarding.
