Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Demonstrate success managing complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Have experience running structured onboarding projects and ensuring successful implementation.
- Be comfortable communicating with C-level executives and legal professionals.
- Have strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Be able to adapt to change and ambiguity and iterate quickly.
- Use analytical skills to interpret usage data and identify insights that drive adoption.
- Be proficient with HubSpot or a similar CRM and maintain clean, reliable data.
- Bring a proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Legal tech or experience working with legal teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel and customer success platforms such as Vitally or ChurnZero is a plus.
- Training in consultative sales methodologies such as Sandler or MEDDIC is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring 97%+ gross revenue retention.
- Lead multi-phase enterprise onboarding projects, aligning timelines, deliverables, and milestones across client and internal teams.
- Discover customers’ legal workflows and business goals, then tailor onboarding and training.
- Develop and execute enablement strategies that support adoption across large organizations.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including senior legal and executive leaders.
- Run Quarterly Business Reviews, demonstrate ROI, and identify opportunities for expansion or deeper platform engagement.
- Maintain accurate HubSpot records and CRM data hygiene.
- Anticipate customer needs and risks, resolve issues proactively, and escalate when appropriate.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to advocate for enterprise customers and improve their journey.
- Support renewals by driving usage, demonstrating value, and identifying customer champions.
