Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Have 6-8+ years of experience in advanced analytics, business intelligence, data science, revenue analytics, or a similar technical analytical role.
  • Demonstrate expert-level SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization, and dimensional data modeling.
  • Have strong Python programming experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, StatsModels, and Scikit-Learn.
  • Understand data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, data governance, and data quality management.
  • Have experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.
  • Have experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms, including dashboard development and performance optimization.
  • Be able to analyze complex datasets and communicate findings through narratives, insights, and recommendations.
  • Be able to independently manage ambiguous problems and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: experience in diagnostics, laboratory services, healthcare technology, life sciences, or payer analytics.
  • Preferred: exposure to AI-enabled analytics, generative AI applications, workflow automation platforms, and emerging analytics technologies.
  • Preferred: experience partnering with executive stakeholders to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the analytics lead supporting Commercial, Finance, Operations, and related organizational functions.
  • Advise operational and commercial leadership on analytical investments, success metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate across functions to align analytical solutions with strategic priorities and business value.
  • Design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud data platforms.
  • Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, segmentation, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and exploratory data analysis.
  • Partner with Data Engineering, IT, and Master Data Management teams to define data requirements, improve data quality, optimize pipelines, and enhance data architecture.
  • Build and maintain semantic data models, reusable datasets, KPI frameworks, and standardized metrics.
  • Validate source system integrity, document metric definitions, monitor data quality, and promote reporting consistency.
  • Apply AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques to improve forecasting, automate decision support, and identify business insights.
