Have 6+ years of experience in design, strategy, product management, or a related tech-forward environment.
Have a proven ability to lead accounts or initiatives across multiple clients and verticals.
Bring hands-on experience with production-ready technology stacks, including Python, TypeScript, agent SDKs, MCP, and GCP.
Have experience with current AI models and tooling and shaping AI-integrated workflows.
Demonstrate a track record of using AI-integrated workflows to accelerate, enhance, or rethink work.
Have experience building scalable frameworks, modular systems, and process designs.
Be able to provide oversight to junior team members and influence cross-functional teams.
Be able to present to C-suite stakeholders.
Provide a portfolio of past projects, such as repositories, deployed demos, or working agentic systems, demonstrating technical and creative skills.

Define the vision for AI-powered experiences across multiple projects.
Build agent pipelines, MCP servers, plugins, generative video systems, and voice agents.
Make AI architecture decisions, including when to use tool calls, skills, subagents, retrieval, or larger prompts.
Design evaluations before building features.
Track developments in generative AI and build prototypes to test strategies or gain client support.
Present technical possibilities and working software to executive-level clients.
Build systems accountable to design systems, brand components, and retrieved facts.
Review tool and campaign effectiveness and optimize performance using AI-derived insights and qualitative feedback.
