Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
  • At least 5 years in senior engineering leadership roles.
  • Experience leading remote-first, multicultural engineering teams across multiple time zones and geographic regions.
  • Hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Experience with AI/ML pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM or agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or DSPy.
  • Knowledge of AWS services, including Bedrock, ECS, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
  • Familiarity with agentic SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and Developer Experience (DevEx).
  • Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, data modeling, systems integration, and scalable software architecture.
  • Ability to collaborate with Product and engineering teams across multiple geographies.
  • Experience in fintech, billing, reporting, or ERP systems is valuable; Oracle NetSuite experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, budgets, resources, and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop software engineering teams across the Americas and EMEA.
  • Drive software delivery practices including agentic software development, Spec-Driven Development, and AI Software Factory practices.
  • Align technical vision, priorities, architecture, and delivery with engineering leadership across EMEA and APAC.
  • Oversee architecture, development, and deployment of platform and AI services across multiple products.
  • Provide technical oversight through code and architecture reviews, engineering standards, and mentorship.
  • Plan and prioritize work, allocate resources, and manage projects to support high-quality, timely delivery.
  • Partner with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Support strategic customer relationships as a senior technical point of contact.
  • Champion CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing, AI-powered development, technical debt reduction, and foundational architecture improvements.
  • Use engineering metrics to improve velocity, quality, prioritization, and operational effectiveness.
