Requirements
- Have at least 4 years’ experience managing projects with a PMP, or 10 years’ experience without certification.
- Understand both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
- Be able to work across multiple project workstreams.
- Have experience with resource scheduling and status reporting.
- Have a qualification in project management or equivalent.
- Know project management techniques and tools.
- Have direct work experience in a project management capacity.
- Have proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
- Experience with a project management certification such as PMP is a plus.
- Experience with project service automation tools such as Kimble or Kantata is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned Cloud Security Stack projects.
- Develop, execute, and improve project action plans, project plans, change orders, agendas, and status reports.
- Identify project resource needs and assign individual responsibilities.
- Manage project scope and day-to-day operations across multiple projects.
- Track project risks, hardware, and personnel, and escalate issues as needed.
- Review team deliverables and prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Coordinate with engineers to gather technical information and maintain complete project documentation.
- Facilitate client and team meetings, provide project status updates, and communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
