Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Bring strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including financial modeling.
- Be able to manage complex files and improve their efficiency and usability.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing stakeholder priorities.
- Understand accounting and financial statements; valuation experience is a plus.
- Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical abilities, sound business judgment, and an interest in learning the underlying business.
- Be able to interpret complex data and present it clearly, including through data visualization.
- Have written and verbal communication skills.
- Have experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Looker, or comparable data visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain financial files tracking customer incentive programs and related revenue adjustments, ensuring they reflect current deal terms.
- Work with the GTM organization to design customer financial incentives that account for customer circumstances, needs, and performance.
- Assess deal desk incentive outcomes quarterly, including successful and unsuccessful incentives and accretive revenue, and recommend strategy changes.
- Evaluate strategic initiatives for senior leadership through financial modeling and analysis.
- Address cross-functional data requests tied to high-impact initiatives and explain business composition and operational drivers.
- Track customer-incentive revenue adjustments and project adjusted revenue from live or expected deals.
- Partner with Accounting during monthly and quarterly close to ensure revenue adjustments and incentive impacts are accurately and promptly reflected.
- Own the primary KPI file and ensure key metrics are accurate and accessible for Board meetings, strategic planning, and business reviews.
