Requirements
- Have 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Have owned a customer-facing management product end to end, such as a merchant portal, admin app, or customer dashboard, from definition through launch and iteration.
- Bring data-driven product judgment, including defining and instrumenting adoption and retention metrics.
- Have technical fluency with APIs and system integrations.
- Be able to collaborate effectively with internal and partner engineering teams.
- Be fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English.
- Be able to collaborate across time zones with teams in the US and China.
- Have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Mobile product experience is a plus.
- Experience in restaurant or retail SaaS, or with POS products, is preferred.
- Experience building or growing an open platform, partner API program, or integration marketplace is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Asian restaurant community in North America is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the Chowbus Go roadmap and priorities, using engagement metrics as the north star.
- Drive the product development lifecycle from discovery and requirements through design, build, launch, and iteration.
- Lead engineers, designers, and QA in China to plan, build, and ship releases in alignment with peer product managers.
- Define success metrics and instrumentation, and use adoption, retention, and efficiency data to guide prioritization and product decisions.
- Build a feedback loop with US sales, customer success, and onboarding teams.
- Visit restaurants to observe how owners run their businesses.
- Own third-party integrations over time, including scope, API-level design with partner engineering teams, launch, standards, and documentation.
