Requirements
- Have 5-7+ years of experience servicing state and federal agencies, in solutions architecture, or in a similar customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS.
- Bring a proven track record at early-stage startups with 50-200 employees.
- Understand APIs, integrations, data workflows, and enterprise software architecture.
- Be able to build custom demos and work with RFP, data security, compliance, and other procurement requirements.
- Have enterprise account management or implementation experience.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
- Be able to travel up to 30% of work days.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical post-sales relationship with assigned government accounts.
- Develop technical account plans aligned with customer business objectives and technical environments.
- Lead client onboarding, solution design, implementation, and integration projects with customer technical teams and internal engineering resources.
- Create and deliver training programs for customer teams.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, and conduct review sessions and health checks.
- Monitor customer technical metrics and usage patterns to identify opportunities for expanded adoption.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and provide market feedback.
- Document best practices and guide customers through platform updates, new feature releases, and technical changes.
