Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of Product Management experience building technical software products.
  • Have experience owning products from discovery through launch.
  • Have experience in technical B2B, enterprise, or platform environments serving sophisticated users.
  • Demonstrate the ability to rapidly understand new industries, technologies, and customer domains.
  • Bring strong user research and customer discovery skills and turn insights into roadmap and prioritization decisions.
  • Be comfortable engaging with programming language semantics, developer toolchains, and hardware constraints.
  • Be able to identify and scope the smallest valuable solution.
  • Be comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills across executive, technical, and customer audiences.
  • Be able to pass a standard background check.
  • Preferred: experience with developer tools, platform products, compilers, embedded systems, or other technically sophisticated products.
  • Preferred: experience with highly technical customers or industries such as automotive, aerospace, semiconductors, kernel development, or regulated and safety-critical environments.
  • Preferred: experience taking new products from concept through launch in an early-stage or high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for an outcome area from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Engage engineers, architects, technical leads, solutions engineers, and other technical stakeholders to understand needs and uncover opportunities.
  • Build knowledge of programming language semantics, toolchains, hardware constraints, and related development environments.
  • Partner with engineers to understand technical trade-offs, shape implementation approaches, and make prioritization decisions.
  • Maintain a focused roadmap that contributes to the broader platform strategy.
  • Write concise PRDs and turn ambiguous problems into actionable product plans.
  • Represent the outcome area in cross-functional and customer-facing discussions, explaining priorities and decisions.
  • Expand ownership to adjacent pipelines and customer scenarios as technical depth and organizational credibility grow.
