- Have 7+ years of in-house design experience.
- Work autonomously with senior technical teams.
- Have experience integrating complex features such as ML into consumer-level experiences.
- Provide a portfolio demonstrating advanced interaction and visual design expertise.
- Show a track record of creating outstanding user experiences.
- Have experience leading early-stage exploration projects with high-value potential.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to drive design innovation.
- Have a proven track record of reconciling conflicting stakeholder feedback into cohesive design solutions.
- Have experience contributing to and maintaining high-quality, scalable design systems.
- Share knowledge with others and help elevate the design capabilities of a team.
- Healthcare experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Introduce consumer-level experiences into enterprise healthcare products and set a high standard for design quality.
- Explore undefined problem areas and develop solutions to complex user and business challenges.
- Own and lead large-scale design projects using rapid prototyping and fast learning cycles.
- Elevate design quality and develop breakthrough experiences across the product suite.
- Influence cross-functional teams and champion design excellence throughout the organization.
- Partner with senior engineering, leadership, and data science teams to develop and iterate on prototypes and ML features.
- Integrate next-generation design patterns into designer and product manager workflows.
- Contribute to the Design System by adding, updating, or retiring design patterns.
- Mentor other designers and help elevate the team's design capabilities.
