Requirements
- Bring 7+ years of experience designing digital products and experiences across web, mobile, and responsive platforms.
- Have experience leading and mentoring visual design teams, providing creative direction, and establishing design standards and processes.
- Demonstrate expertise creating, evolving, and maintaining scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Have experience working across complex product ecosystems with Product, UX, and Engineering teams.
- Apply systems thinking to balance detailed UI execution with broader product, platform, and business objectives.
- Understand interaction design, accessibility, usability, and user-centered design principles.
- Communicate design decisions clearly, articulate trade-offs, and take ownership throughout the design lifecycle.
- Have experience taking digital projects from concept through execution while maintaining visual quality, consistency, and usability.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
- Be comfortable working in Agile, fast-paced, remote environments with evolving priorities.
- Bring creative judgment, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead visual design direction across complex digital products, platforms, and experiences from concept through execution.
- Mentor visual designers, provide creative direction, and establish quality and consistency standards.
- Build, evolve, and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Translate product and platform goals into visual solutions that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations.
- Partner with Product, UX, Engineering, and Creative teams across complex product ecosystems.
- Apply systems thinking to detailed UI execution while considering broader product and experience goals.
- Champion accessibility, usability, consistency, and visual quality across design work and deliverables.
- Communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale to stakeholders and clients.
- Review design work and provide constructive feedback to strengthen quality and consistency.
