Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Education, Communications, or a similar program from a four-year college or university, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Have 5-8 years of successful, progressive experience in enrollment or admissions, communications, account management, or customer service.
- Have 2-4 years of experience as a people manager.
- Know the higher education admissions cycle and the needs of member institutions.
- Have experience using Common App products, systems, tools, and resources.
- Know account management and customer service best practices.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Acuity Scheduling, and Google Suite.
- Demonstrate the ability to coach or mentor and build team capacity.
- Demonstrate the ability to lead teams through organizational changes and transformations.
- Demonstrate analytical reasoning, creative problem-solving, flexible thinking, and sound judgment.
- Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and processes.
- Be willing to travel up to 30% of the time and attend the twice-annual Common App Retreat.
Responsibilities
- Strategize and drive growth in multiproduct and program usage among Common App members.
- Promote use of programs and products, including FYA, Transfer, Direct Admissions, and Data Analytics and Benchmarking tools.
- Serve as a primary spokesperson and subject matter expert during stakeholder webinars, presentations, and conferences.
- Partner with the Director of Member Services on member product adoption.
- Liaise with product strategy and marketing to align offerings with members’ needs, interests, and priorities.
- Promote understanding and use of Common App products and services among enrollment consulting companies that serve members.
