Requirements

  • Have 5-7 years of creative project management experience focused on digital production and digital design.
  • Have basic Photoshop proficiency, including the ability to make minor changes such as text edits.
  • Have experience working with others to implement processes, systems, and tools that increase accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Be able to manage up and across to secure what is needed to get the job done.
  • Have experience supporting the professional development of junior staff and coaching staff.
  • Demonstrate commitment to anti-racism, equity, and inclusion.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to prioritize time and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Show the ability to learn new skills and technologies and identify improvements and potential roadblocks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client and internal communications across channels, ensuring creative deadlines are met and work stays within budgeted hours and Asana work plans.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders about creative direction, reviews, and approvals.
  • Facilitate creative agenda items during internal and client calls and manage resulting action items.
  • Contribute to brainstorms, draft creative briefs, write and revise copy, and guide creative concepts from inception to final delivery.
  • Coordinate with designers and freelancers, providing edits, feedback, and quality control to ensure deliverables align with project and brand guidelines.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their professional development, well-being, and performance through ongoing feedback.
  • Review team capacity, evaluate estimated hours, and reprioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Optimize creative workflows, maintain case studies and proposals, and participate in agency-wide creative initiatives and working groups.
