- Bring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow detailed processes.
- Have strong organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Data manipulation and audit process proficiency is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus.
- Proficiency in AI utilization is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide clients with support on location data using proprietary tools.
- Manipulate data and resolve discrepancies according to established guidelines and best practices.
- Provide customer-facing services to support customer satisfaction and retention.
- Audit listing data to maintain accuracy and quality standards.
- Complete deliverables on time while meeting agreed SLAs and personal targets.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when providing client support.
