Requirements
- Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering; this is mandatory.
- Have 1–3 years of professional experience in product management, automation, or related technology roles.
- Have hands-on experience with SQL.
- Provide a GitHub profile or portfolio showing shipped prototypes, automations, or internal tools.
- Demonstrate foundations in LLMs and AI, such as through Anthropic courses, fast.ai, DeepLearning.AI, or equivalent self-learning.
- Have experience working with data to track and improve product usage.
- Be able to structure and analyze ambiguous problems.
- Communicate clearly across workflows, feature descriptions, Slack messages, and stakeholder updates.
- Be proactive and willing to work hands-on.
- Have attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Work with customers, agents, operations, field teams, and business leads to identify workflow pain points.
- Document opportunities as structured briefs and use AI to synthesize inputs and identify patterns.
- Build proofs of concept using LLM APIs, automation tools, or lightweight scripts.
- Validate AI-first approaches and iterate based on what works.
- Create use cases, flow charts, PRDs, and system requirements, checking AI-assisted documentation for errors.
- Coordinate releases, manage testing, track adoption, and resolve stakeholder queries through WhatsApp, ticketing tools, and email.
- Own rollout sequencing and readiness across teams.
- Identify repetitive business processes and automate them using reliable tools.
- Analyze product usage and collaborate with stakeholders and the development team throughout the product lifecycle.
- Travel as required to Sun King markets, including Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Myanmar, and Tanzania.
