Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university and have 5+ years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or medical field sales; or hold a high school diploma/GED and have 9+ years of such experience.
- Have a current, valid driver’s license.
- Use a personal vehicle for company business and participate in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program.
- Successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record review and maintain eligibility under the company driver policy and insurance requirements.
- Be able to travel up to 90% within the sales territory.
- Nice to have: 3+ years of medical device sales experience calling on physicians or surgeons in hospital systems, including direct operating-room case support.
- Nice to have: experience building and maintaining productive relationships with physicians and surgical staff.
- Nice to have: negotiation, selling, and presentation skills.
- Nice to have: working proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Concur.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and operating room teams.
- Drive adoption of Restrata and related product lines through case coverage, compliant product demonstrations, education, clinical support, procedural guidance, and hands-on intraoperative support.
- Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory.
- Meet or exceed revenue and growth objectives.
- Develop and execute territory business plans, including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and inventory management.
- Build and sustain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments and sites of care.
