Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience owning the commercial lifecycle of strategic or enterprise customer accounts in a quota-based B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrate experience with retention, renewals, expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Show a track record of protecting customer revenue, achieving gross revenue retention or comparable targets, and generating measurable account expansion.
  • Be professionally fluent in French and able to lead customer conversations, presentations, and commercial negotiations in French.
  • Have strong written and spoken English for collaboration across a remote, international organization.
  • Understand complex SaaS products and have experience selling to business, marketing, and sales stakeholders.
  • Be able to engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders and align solutions with business priorities.
  • Bring commercial skills in identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and navigating procurement or legal discussions.
  • Be competent using AI tools for customer research, synthesis, account planning, and decision-making.
  • Reside and have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain.
  • This is a full-time role; B2B and contractor arrangements are not accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full commercial lifecycle of assigned enterprise accounts, including retention, renewals, expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Monitor account health, customer engagement, product value, and commercial risks, and coordinate actions to protect retention.
  • Identify and execute account expansion opportunities, leading commercial conversations and negotiations against sales quotas.
  • Create and maintain account plans based on customer goals, stakeholder priorities, product adoption, risks, renewal plans, and opportunities.
  • Advise customers on improving localization and content workflows, connecting their needs to Lokalise solutions and business value.
  • Coordinate multi-stakeholder opportunities, procurement activity, contract negotiations, and legal discussions.
  • Work with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, Product, Finance, and Legal to support customer needs and commercial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, account plans, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
  • Apply AI tools and approaches to customer research, account planning, decision-making, and productivity.
