Job Details

Have proven experience in Product Management or a related product discipline.
Bring product experience in gaming; experience in entertainment or mobile apps is also relevant.
Have a strong understanding of player lifecycle and contact strategy.
Use data and analytical insights to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
Collaborate across functions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Bring a player-first mindset and a drive to improve product and communication strategies.
Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar marketing automation platform is a bonus.
Experience with Looker is a bonus.
Experience with live-service, casual, or social games is a bonus.

Own the CRM product roadmap and strategy across player-facing experiences and internal tooling.
Translate player, business, behavioural, and market insights into strategic priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, reactivation, and player value across push, email, in-game messaging, Live Activities, and emerging channels.
Lead discovery and ideation to identify player needs, team pain points, and opportunities to evolve CRM.
Provide product direction, priorities, requirements, and success criteria to guide cross-functional execution.
Own delivery outcomes from discovery and prioritisation through development, launch, measurement, and iteration.
Evolve CRM capabilities including personalisation, automation, segmentation, decisioning, orchestration, and dynamic content.
Partner with analytics to monitor program effectiveness and use data-driven insights to recommend improvements.
Lead testing strategies across A/B testing, cadence, segmentation, and channel mix.
