Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Business, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or another data-oriented discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in data validation, financial operations, data quality assurance, or a related field.
- 1+ year of people leadership or team coordination experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including experience maintaining accuracy in high-volume data environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to structured, repetitive data work.
- Strong communication skills to guide colleagues and influence stakeholders across teams.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets such as Excel, internal business tools, and web-based platforms.
- Ability to learn new systems and navigate structured data processes; familiarity with financial data is beneficial but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative, globally distributed environment.
- Ability to work 2:30 PM–11:30 PM IST shift timings.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Data Validation Specialists, providing feedback and supporting professional development.
- Manage team work allocation, prioritization, and execution to deliver projects accurately and on schedule.
- Review and audit data validation projects for adherence to standards, processes, and best practices.
- Perform hands-on review, reconciliation, and quality checks across a personal portfolio of validation projects.
- Drive process improvements to increase data accuracy, reduce turnaround times, and improve operational scalability.
- Develop and maintain documentation, templates, workflows, and standard operating procedures for data validation.
- Identify opportunities to improve consistency across data conversion and validation projects.
- Collaborate with Sales, Client Solutions, Product, and Engineering to deliver integrated data solutions.
- Support a collaborative team environment focused on learning, accountability, and quality.
