Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of experience in healthcare or a healthcare-related field.
- At least 1 year of work experience in finance, performance management, operations, consulting, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, or an equivalent Google Suite application.
- At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing or customer support capacity.
- At least 1 year of project management experience.
- Contract negotiation experience, particularly with ancillary, facility, specialty provider, or physician group contracts, is a bonus.
- Customer support or customer service experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of network construction and support plans for one or more markets.
- Meet defined metrics and SLAs, including provider outreach and contract completion.
- Support contract negotiations and work with leaders to align on contracting strategies.
- Support the identification, sourcing, and contracting of providers in a region.
- Document and share provider feedback, objections, and questions to improve templates and processes.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
