Requirements
- Have a bachelor's degree or 1+ years of experience in healthcare or a healthcare-related field.
- Have 1+ years of work experience in finance, performance management, operations, consulting, or a related field.
- Have 1+ years of experience with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, or an equivalent Google suite toolset.
- Have 1+ years of experience in a client-facing or customer support capacity.
- Have 1+ experience with project management.
- Be available for travel up to 20%.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and execution of a network construction and support plan for one or several markets.
- Meet defined metrics and SLAs, including provider outreach and contract completion.
- Support contract negotiations and work with leaders to align on contracting strategies that bring new partners into the network.
- Support provider identification, sourcing, and contracting efforts in a region with senior analysts and management.
- Document and share provider feedback, objections, and questions to support improvements to templates and processes.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
