Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
- Bring strong UX thinking and visual design skills.
- Have clear written communication.
- Be fluent in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems.
- Bring a user-focused, empathetic approach to design.
- Take initiative and drive projects to completion.
- Be proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative.
- Bonus: Have experience at startups or in small, fast-moving cross-functional teams.
- Bonus: Understand front-end development and how code works.
Responsibilities
- Iteratively improve the user experience in a small team.
- Take new features from ideation through prototyping and user testing to production.
- Design clean, elegant web interfaces that are simple and intuitive.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn ideas into seamless user flows.
- Maintain and expand the Design System for consistency and efficiency.
- Own key areas of the product while reporting to the Head of Design.
- Balance speed and quality to deliver work efficiently.
